Energoatom to make 4 shipments of spent nuclear fuel in 2005
Kyiv, September 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) - National nuclear power generator Energoatom will make four shipments of spent nuclear fuel to Russia, instead of the planned five in 2005, the Vice-President and Technical Director of Energoatom Yuriy Kovrizhkin has said.
He also said that this year Russia increased the price for reprocessing the fuel by 2.9%, from $418 to$430 per kilogram.
