LITTLETON -- Sometimes -everything goes your way. It was that kind of night for the Pomona football team Friday.
The Class 5A Panthers cruised to a 49-7 nonleague victory against host Heritage at Littleton Public Schools Stadium to improve to 3-0 on the season.
The Eagles (1-1) were gracious hosts, turning over the ball five times in the first half to help Pomona jump to a commanding 35-0 lead.
One of Pomona's few mistakes in the first half was a lost fumble by tailback Blake Krenke in the second quarter. But Krenke made up for his mistake on the next play, when he intercepted Heritage ...
