CHESAPEAKE -- BY jami frankenberry
THE VIRGINIAN-PILOT
CHESAPEAKE - Western Branch coach Lew Johnston ran the Bruins through crisp offensive and defensive drills one recent evening.
But there was no Vince Hall , no Ryan Pond , no Devin Fentress . Those Division I talents graduated during the past four seasons while Western Branch went 27-2 in the Southeastern District .

The Bruins get their chance tonight when they host Granby in their season opener. The Comets lost their opener 29-21 last week to Bethel.
