Sep. 11--By Friday, the price of a gallon of regular gas had slipped below $3 at various gas stations around town. If the pipelines keep pumping and the refineries continue to come back online, perhaps the prices will continue to fall. One can only hope.
James Williams, oil analyst and someone who follows the energy sector writes: "Considering that much of the oil and gas service company infrastructure onshore was damaged and many of the support personnel made homeless it is amazing that the pace is as fast as it is."
