West-Yorkshire based Matthews Group has bought DF Manufacturing of Mansfield for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will become part of New Ivory, a division of Matthews Group. Elland-based New Ivory is a business focused on creating appetising fresh food and currently produces a range of great tasting chilled sauces, dips and dressings.
DF Manufacturing produces sweet and savoury sauce portions and flavoured butter portions in a frozen format which are used in the production of fresh convenience foods, including prepared vegetables and desserts.
