We all know corporations and other businesses, large and small, have mission statements. Your organization probably has one. Nonprofit organizations have them too. Even the military has a mission statement. So why can't individuals have their own personalized mission statement?
They can. And many do. More and more managers and supervisors are following the advice of career coaches and popular business writers by creating a declaration of their individual mission in life. Maybe it's time you had one, too.
