SAN JOSE, Calif. -- RAE Systems Inc. (AMEX:RAE), a leading provider of hazardous environment detection solutions, today issued a statement regarding the complaint filed on May 9, 2005 in U.S. District Court by Polimaster, Ltd.
"The U.S. District court judge has denied Polimaster's request for a preliminary injunction against RAE Systems," said Robert I. Chen, president and chief executive officer of RAE Systems. "We are now looking forward to resolution of this dispute through arbitration as required by contract."
