GARRY HOUSTON slipped two places to 100th in the European Tour Order of Merit when he failed to make the cut in the Linde German Masters in Cologne.
The 34-year-old Flint professional, who last week almost certainly saved his tour card for next year when a share of fourth place in the Omega Masters in Switzerland moved him from 126th in the order to 98th, had rounds of 75-70 in Colgne to miss the cut by three. He now has an enforced two weeks lay off with the World Matchplay taking place this week at Wentworth followed by the Seve Trophy at The Wynyard Club at Billingham in the north east of England, before he gets his next tour ...
