Cannons Health and Fitness reported a surge in fitness class attendance of 33,000 participants, following the rollout of a new fitness class timetable and centralised tracking system across the estate.
As part of its focus on member service and satisfaction, the chain has taken steps to make fitness classes more accessible and popular by 'de-jargonising' class names and implementing a quarterly review process that tracks member feedback and participation levels.
This new approach has seen Cannons increase the number of its classes available to members by 17% to meet demand, and to perfect its class timetable to ensure all members are able to attend classes at times ...
