Sep. 10--STUDENT HOUSING GROWS IN SOUTHEAST COLUMBIA: Copper Beech Townhome Communities Twenty LLC has started construction on a 220-unit townhome project on a 20-acre site it recently purchased on the north side of Grindstone Parkway just west of Bearfield Road, said Beejan Savabi, executive director of sales for the company.
"It will be an extremely nice development," he said. "We're excited to come into a growing market. It's a great city."
