Sep. 12--COIMBATORE -- The Tea Board, which recently cancelled its contract with IBM for managing e-auctions and revoked the bank guarantee, is scouting for a new partner to ensure a smooth functioning of the system. Accenture has been given the temporary responsibility of managing the auctions during the interim period.

"The board is on the lookout for a new partner. We need to have new customised software for carrying out the auctions. However, this will take time.
