This was a benchmark year for the photo retail and scrapbooking industries. After five years of negotiations and planning, the Photo Marketing Association launched its new scrapbooking division--Professional Scrapbook Retailers Organization (PSRO)--at the PMA Convention in Orlando. This new alliance could be a huge shot in the arm for photo lab retailers, providing new opportunities for retailers to tap into this multi-billion dollar "memories" industry.
