Smartpay launches mobile payment system in Jiangsu Province with ICBC and China Unicom
Shanghai. January 12. INTERFAX-CHINA - Smartpay Jieyin Limited, a provider of payment solutions via mobile networks, has launched the company's electronic payment system in eastern China's Jiangsu Province, Smartpay PR official Annie Kong told Interfax. The system has been deployed in partnership with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC).
