Shanghai. January 17. INTERFAX-CHINA - Qi Xiangdong, deputy secretary general of the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) told Interfax the level of iron ore imports in 2004 was out of balance with domestic consumption, and urged importers to consider their imports more carefully.
