Shanghai November 25. INTERFAX-CHINA - On November 25, the Shanghai- listed Fushun Special Steel Co., Ltd. (Fushun Special Steel) announced that its first and second largest shareholders, the Dongbei Special Steel Group (Dongbei Special Steel) and Fushun Special Steel Group (Fugang Group) planed to transfer their stocks of Fushun Special Steel to a Shanxi based leading industrial company, Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group (Jincheng Coal), according to the announcement Interfax received from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
