Fushun Aluminum sells its aluminum wheel subsidiary to Malaysia's BSA
Shanghai. December 14. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Fushun Aluminum Factory (Fushun Aluminum), a large state-owned electrolytic aluminum producer in Liaoning Province, will sell its wholly owned subsidiary, the Fushun Shunhua Aluminum Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Shunhua), to the BSA Group, Malaysia's largest aluminum alloy conglomerate and exporter.
BSA will establish a subsidiary named the Jinhong Automotive Components Manufacturing (Fushun) Co., Ltd. based on the assets of Shunhua. Fushun officials revealed to Interfax that Shunhua was having difficulty competitng in the market and needed ...
