Chinese stock market gives ground amid profit-taking
Shanghai. March 2. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's stock market gave up ground again on Wednesday amid profit-taking coupled with weakness from the mine-processing sector. The benchmark Shanghai composite index lost 1.22% and ended at 1,287.45 points.
With market prospects still unclear, the safest way is to cash in the modest 10% gain over the last month, traders said.
