EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. -- Esprit Pharma, Inc. today announced that it has acquired all of the outstanding shares of Metagen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Florida based pharmaceutical company, and its operating subsidiaries Star Pharmaceuticals and Stellar Pharmacal.
