The fledgling public policy group Common Sense Coalition wants the city of Madison to allow private businesses to buy into the city's health insurance pool.
Representatives of the coalition, an eclectic mix of business, labor and nonprofit organization leaders united in June to promote centrist solutions to Dane County problems, are expected to unveil the proposal today as one part of a five-year policy agenda.
