OCEANFRONT - Virginia's vineyards will be the apple of King Neptune's eye at this weekend's ninth annual Neptune Festival Wine Tasting.
King Neptune, or at the least the 26-foot, 12-ton bronze statue of him, will be the backdrop for this year's event, held for the first time at Neptune Park at 31st Street.
"We're excited to move it down there because we'll have more real estate," said Whit Collins, Neptune Festival vice president.
