Analysis of domestic and foreign historiography on the process of providing troops (forces) of various states and nations (peoples) with military equipment (PTME) as one of the main types of human activity from ancient times up until now (1) leads to the conclusion that this problem has yet to be addressed directly, in a comprehensive and systematic way.
