Profits increase for AAH Holdings. (AAH Holdings PLC)

The diversified UK distribution group, AAH Holdings plc, generated a 12 per cent increase in pre-tax profits in the year ended 31st March 1992, helped by a strong performance from healthcare services. Pre-tax profit figures increased from |pounds~28.7 million to |pounds~32.2 million on turnover which was up by 9.1 per cent from |pounds~1.1 billion to |pounds~1.3 billion.

Group trading profit reached a new record of |pounds~36.2 million, representing a rise of 10 per cent with good gains from healthcare and environmental services.
