The announced closing of the RLS Career Center in November represents both a setback and an opportunity.
The setback is the demise of an agency that for 31 years has helped Onondaga County's dislocated workers, displaced homemakers and others navigate the difficult process of finding employment. The opportunity is to continue the effective work of RLS - if possible in even more coordinated, efficient ways.
