MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. -- Oki Data Americas today announced its commitment to serve as presenting sponsor of the Scleroderma Foundation's 2005 National Gala. The event, scheduled for October 24 in New York City, brings together supporters from around the country to increase awareness about this complex autoimmune disease.
Scleroderma is a complex autoimmune disease, similar to rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and multiple sclerosis. It's a chronic, often progressive, disease in which the body's immune system attacks its own tissues. At the moment, a cure for Scleroderma remains an elusive goal.
