According to Bezeq President Yitzhak Kaul, Bezeq has begun preparations for its upcoming stock issue, planned for August. The issue is to take place both in Israel and abroad, first in the U.S. and afterwards in Europe. Bezeq is looking to raise NIS 1.5 billion, which will be used to repay part of the company's NIS 4 billion debt to the Israeli government.
