According to fdi.gov.cn: The Saudi Arabian Investment Bureau is currently seeking more options to attract foreign direct investment. The measures it is contemplating on include a 15-year income tax holiday for foreign-invested projects and a 5-year buffering period for the projects to be localized. Before the new policy, FIEs in Saudi Arabia were required to have at least 25% of its staff positions taken by Saudi Arabian people (localization requirement). ...
