CHICAGO, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Citizens Utility Board (CUB) Tuesday commended Gov. Rod Blagojevich for appointing Martin Cohen, CUB's executive director for the last 12 years, as chairman of the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC), the agency that oversees the state's utility companies.
CUB, the state's leading consumer organization, also announced that the CUB Board of Directors had promoted David Kolata, formerly the organization's director of policy and governmental affairs, to the position of executive director.
