A STYLE revolution is happening in the quiet Devonshire town of Ilfracombe, and artist Damien Hirst is leading it, luring fashionistas to the seaside, with property investors close behind. Hirst has launched a 100-seater restaurant at No 11, The Quay, an idyllic harbourside location in the town with fabulous views. Butterfly-covered wallpaper decorates the downstairs tapas bar, with Hirst's signature Dot prints and the remnants of his Notting Hill Pharmacy restaurant on the whitewashed upper floors.
The sandy coastline of North Devon is not just attracting art lovers.
