As Northern Kentucky's community cable board and local cable provider continue fighting over providing public access programming to cities that aren't members of the board, some are wondering whether the flap is worth all the fuss.

Florence Mayor Diane Whalen, whose city is one of five that the Telecommunication Board of Northern Kentucky is attempting to strip of its public access television, said she has heard little from residents who might be concerned about the potential loss of public access programming.
