A sexual harassment complaint against Overture Center for the Arts president Bob D'Angelo isn't the first allegation of inappropriate behavior by the longtime Madison arts leader.

Two more women alleged in interviews last spring that D'Angelo, 61, sexually harassed them while he was director of the Madison Civic Center, the predecessor to the Overture Center. The Wisconsin State Journal had been investigating these claims of sexual harassment against D'Angelo before Overture Center receptionist Monica Everson filed her recent complaint, which was quickly followed by an announcement that D'Angelo was retiring.
