Sturgeon Bay may have more boutiques and B&Bs per square mile in its old-fashioned downtown than any place else in northern Wisconsin. But there's another B word here that supersedes them all, and that's "boats." This Door County commercial center, sandwiched between Lake Michigan and Green Bay, is built around a huge shipyard and a bay filled with boats of all kinds - everything from tough little tugboats to big bruising ore boats - waiting to be get buffed up.
