As the seventh-largest city in Connecticut, Danbury is constantly striving to improve itself. This is most evident in Danbury's CityCenter, the main commercial district of the city. In past years, improvements to this district have included the creation of the Danbury Ice Arena and the Savings Bank of Danbury Lending Center.
