Seven-month-old company lines up clients for hard-to-find headline service
News directors and made-for-TV movie producers need longer scour the nation's newspapers, syndicated TV news magazines or The National Enquirer for tommorow's sensational story. Industry R&D, a Hollywood-based "clearing for the hard-to-find local headlines," is offering a fixed "tip sheet" that could become to tabliod news what McDonald's is to food.
