DES MOINES, Iowa -- Principal Real Estate Investors, a member of the Principal Financial Group (R), announced that it has completed the purchase of a 191,418 square foot shopping center, the Marketplace at Vernon Hills, located in Vernon Hills, IL, a suburb north of Chicago.
Located at 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., the Marketplace at Vernon Hills was purchased by Principal Real Estate Investors for an undisclosed sum of money on behalf of the Principal U.S. Property Account.
The shopping center is currently 100 percent leased and has a total of 5 tenants. Tenants include Ashley Furniture Industries, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Jo-Ann Stores, DSW Shoe Warehouse and Old ...
