The Syracuse Industrial Development Agency Friday renewed an old but unfulfilled request of Destiny USA: It asked for a list of the tenants for the planned retail and entertainment project on the city's lakefront.

The agency sent a letter to Destiny developer Robert Congel asking for details about his proposed $375 million financing package for the Carousel Center mall expansion, the first phase of what is supposed to become the Destiny USA project.

Among the information requested is a list of the tenants who have signed leases for the expanded mall. For space that is not yet leased, the agency said, it would like a breakdown of ...
