A DEESIDE company that makes specialist pressure regulators for commercial aircraft has been bought by its management team in a deal believed to be worth tens of millions of pounds.
Olaer, based at Sandycroft, specialises in the design, assembly and support of pressure regulators and coolers for the hydraulics markets.
It also supplies the pressure regulators used by aircraft including the Airbus A320 and A340. Airbus wings are produced at a huge plant nearby at Broughton.
Olaer sells its products across the world and has facilities in the UK, Scandinavia, France, Switzerland and the US.
