ARLINGTON, Va. -- Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: IHR), the nation's largest independent hotel management company, today announced that it has signed a management contract to operate the 402-room Radisson Plaza Hotel Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Interstate will assume management on September 28, 2005, and immediately convert the hotel to the Sheraton flag. The hotel's new name will be Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel.
