For over a decade, the Appraisal Institute has partnered with universities offering a master's degree in real estate to allow students to simultaneously also earn credit toward the Appraisal Institute MAI designation. By partnering with leading academic institutions that maintain strong real estate appraisal programs, the Appraisal Institute ensures its high educational standards are fulfilled. In return, participating students are able to fulfill the majority of their designation requirements while earning a master's degree.
