The Appraisal Institute held its annual Awards Ceremony on November 6 during the organization's Fall meetings in Chicago. The program salutes outstanding efforts by Appraisal Institute chapters in various categories of service and programs and honors individuals who have contributed to the organization and the profession.
The Seattle Chapter received the Government Relations Award for its efforts in conjunction with the Appraisers' Coalition of Washington. The two groups recently successfully secured the right to have licensing fees and fines paid by Washington State licensed real estate appraisers to be held in a dedicated account, to be used exclusively for ...
