29th Italian Cheese Seminar delivers wealth of information to cheesemakers

Cheesemakers can benefit by learning more about how their customers use cheese, according to Regi Hise, manager of education and training with the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. "I cannot emphasize enough the importance of knowing how your products perform and communicating that information to your customer," Hise told attendees of the Marschall Italian Cheese Seminar, themed "Passport Italia," held Sept. 16-17 in Madison, Wis.
