Article: New Delhi, Sep 30 (PTI) With a view to better monitor the work of NGOs involved in `Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan' and facilitate mainstreaming of the students, a new scheme is being launched in the capital under which the learning centres would be set up i n the premises of the Delhi government-run schools.

Under the scheme funded by the Centre, each learning centre would be provided two porta cabins and a toilet block within the school premises, Delhi Education Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely told reporters here today.
"The learning centres will be equipped with computers, television and other learning material," he said.
