Sep. 30--SHARON BOLTON PRODUCES PURE, NATURAL PERFUMES: Growing up as a teenager in Canada, Sharon Bolton had trouble finding commercial scents that she liked -- or more particularly, ones that she liked and that didn't give her a headache or some other unpleasant reaction.
As a result, she began "layering" and blending different oils and fragrances to make her own long-lasting scents, a successful research experiment that she is now hoping to parlay into an equally successful business.
