Aurum Computer Corp. apparently went for the "gold" when it named its GoldNoteDX-33 laptop. The word "aurum," you see, is the Latin word for gold, and in many ways the GoldNoteDX-33, with a removable hard drive, really shines. Several colleagues can share one GoldNote laptop, with each person using a separate personal drive that costs a fraction of the price for the laptop itself--$399 for an extra 80Mb hard disk (15ms AAT). Hard disks up to 210Mb are available ($650).
