After careful consideration, it has been decided that MD-Both Industries, a joint venture between UK-based Wolstenholme International Ltd. and Germany-based Carl Schlenk AG, Germany, since 1982, no longer serves the long-term strategic interests of both of these two companies, and will cease trading Sept. 14, 2005.
