New Furniture Row Shopping Center in Dacono Constructed to Accommodate Housing Boom in the Area.

DENVER, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The towns of Dacono, Erie, Firestone, Fredrick and Mead can be touted as one of Colorado's fastest growing urban-rural areas. The area, commonly known as Carbon Valley, is anticipated to expand to over 200,000 residents according to development plans in the next 15 to 20 years.

In an effort to support the housing boom in the region, a new Furniture Row Shopping Center is under construction in Dacono. The Center is located 20-miles north of Denver, situated in the southwest corner of Weld County. Preliminary phases of the construction are underway.
