PHOENIX -- CSK Auto Corporation (NYSE: CAO), parent company of CSK Auto, Inc., one of the largest automotive parts and accessories retailers in the United States, announced the appointment of Ms. Randi Morrison as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Ms. Morrison reports to the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, Martin Fraser.
