WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Despite advances in diagnosis and treatment options, public understanding about bipolar disorder remains low, according to two surveys released by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) today -- Bipolar Disorder Awareness Day.
