Zeckendorf Development, LLC, has unveiled its plans for Fifteen Central Park West, a new 202 unit condominium designed in a neoclassical style by world-renowned architect, Robert A.M. Stern.
Fifteen Central Park West, an all-limestone apartment building, is being developed by Zeckendorf in a joint venture with the Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds, and Global Holdings.
The dramatic exterior of Fifteen Central Park West will be clad entirely in Indiana Limestone, previously used on such iconic monuments as the Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center.
