Oct. 7--WHITE CITY -- When South Valley Bank & Trust quietly entered the Rogue Valley market five years ago, it wasn't even the dominant player on its home turf -- the Klamath Basin.
Times have changed, and privately held South Valley now tops Klamath County in deposits and has dug a substantial foothold in the Rogue Valley. Beyond that, South Valley has made in-roads into the red-hot Central Oregon market.
