Oct. 4--After serving the demands of hot-shot tennis players, Mark Miles is returning to Indianapolis for a similar match with Central Indiana's CEOs.
Miles, 52, former chief executive officer of the Association of Tennis Professionals, was named Monday as the new president and chief executive officer of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. The group is composed of nearly 50 corporate chiefs and university presidents, who help fund economic research, formulate economic strategies and advocate public policies.
